This Non-Solicitation Policy is designed to protect the integrity of our investor community and ensure a professional, secure environment for all members of Gratitude Railroad.  
 
Our goal is to maintain a platform where investors can engage in legitimate investment activities without unwanted solicitation or misuse of member information. 
 
Scope of Prohibition 
 

Members of Gratitude Railroad are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities: 
 
Direct marketing to other members for products or services unrelated to the portal’s purpose. 
 
Attempting to recruit other members for external business opportunities. 
 
Soliciting investments from other members outside the portal’s established framework. 
 
Using member contact information for any purpose not explicitly authorized by Gratitude Railroad. 
 
Members agree to: 

 
Use the database solely for its intended purpose of facilitating investment discussions and opportunities through the portal. 
 
Not extract, copy, or use member information for any external or personal use. 
 
Respect the privacy and preferences of other members at all times. 
 
Duration of Agreement 
 
This Non-Solicitation Policy is in effect for the entire duration of a member’s participation in Gratitude Railroad.  
 
By accessing and using Gratitude Railroad’s Investor Portal, you agree to abide by this Non-Solicitation Policy. Failure to comply may result in the penalties outlined above.
